Privacy Policy

September 16, 2026

GAMES HARBOR LTD respects the privacy rights of our users and is committed to protecting the information collected through our products, services, and websites accessed through internet-capable hardware platforms including gaming consoles, personal computers, mobile computers, or mobile devices, or in-game applications or software platforms including third-party hosts (collectively the "Services").

This Privacy Policy explains what personal data we may collect about you when you use or access the Services and how we collect, store, disclose, transfer, protect, and otherwise process that information for the purposes of operating and providing the Services.

We do not rely on your agreement to this Policy as our basis for processing your information. We rely instead on the legal grounds described under "How we use your personal information" below. We may amend this Privacy Policy from time to time, and we encourage you to consult it regularly for changes.

GAMES HARBOR LTD is the data controller for this information. We are registered in the Republic of Cyprus, at 47 Gkropious Street, Ira Court, 2nd Floor, Office 203, Limassol 3076, Cyprus. For any question about privacy or data protection, contact us at support@gamesharbor.com.

What personal information we collect:

Our primary objective in collecting user information is to provide and enhance the Services and to enable users to easily navigate and enjoy the Services. We collect the following:

  • information you give us: your display name or nickname, your email address when you contact us, the content of your messages to us, and anything you submit in-game such as chat messages and player reports
  • account identifiers: your Epic Online Services Product User ID, and your account identifier with the platform you play on. We do not create or hold a player ID of our own.
  • technical information collected automatically: your IP address, device type, operating system, hardware and graphics configuration, and language and region settings
  • gameplay information: sessions, matchmaking, statistics, achievements, and leaderboard scores
  • integrity information: anti-cheat telemetry, player reports made by or about you, and any sanctions applied to your account

Apart from the messages you send us, we do not store any of this information ourselves. It is processed through Epic Online Services and through the platform you play on, which is described in its own section below.

How we use your personal information:

We use the information described above for the following purposes:

  • to sign you in and to create and link your game account across the platforms you play on
  • to operate multiplayer: sessions, matchmaking, lobbies, online presence, and in-game communication
  • to display leaderboards, achievements, and statistics
  • to respond to inquiries or comments submitted by you
  • to detect and prevent cheating, fraud, and abuse, and to apply bans and sanctions
  • to improve our games and Services
  • to comply with our legal obligations and to defend legal claims

Most of this processing is necessary to provide the Services you have asked for. Anti-cheat and security measures are carried out on the basis of our legitimate interest in keeping the Services fair and functional. We do not use cookies or other technologies to remember personal information when you use our website.

Epic Online Services

Our games use Epic Online Services, provided by Epic Games, Inc. (620 Crossroads Blvd, Cary, North Carolina 27518, USA). We use it for sign-in with an Epic Games account, cross-platform game accounts, multiplayer sessions, lobbies and matchmaking, online presence, achievements, statistics and leaderboards, and anti-cheat.

What we send to Epic. To provide these features we share with Epic your Epic Online Services Product User ID, your platform account identifier, your display name, your IP address and device information, your session and matchmaking data, your statistics, achievements and leaderboard scores, and anti-cheat telemetry.

Multiplayer connections. Our games connect players to each other peer-to-peer, and this traffic is routed through Epic's relay servers. Your IP address is therefore not disclosed directly to the other players in your session.

What Epic sends to us. If you choose to sign in with an Epic Games account, Epic asks for your consent and then provides us with your Epic Account ID, display name, country, and preferred language, together with your online presence and status. We receive nothing beyond what you consent to.

How long we keep it. We do not store the information Epic provides about you. It is used while you are playing and is held in Epic's systems, not ours. Unlinking your Epic Games account ends our access to it.

Your control. You can withdraw your consent and unlink your Epic Games account at any time at epicgames.com/account/connections.

Epic processes this information partly on our instructions and partly for its own purposes. Its handling of your data is described in the Epic Games Privacy Policy.

Who we share your information with

Your personal information will not be sold or exchanged. Besides Epic Games, as described above, we share it with:

  • the platform you play on — Valve (Steam), Microsoft (Xbox), Nintendo, and Sony Interactive Entertainment (PlayStation) — for sign-in and platform achievements. If you sign in through one of them, we also receive your account identifier and display name from them.
  • other players — your display name, achievements, statistics, leaderboard position, online status, and in-game messages are visible to them as part of normal gameplay
  • trusted third parties who assist us in operating our website, conducting our business, or servicing you, so long as those parties agree to keep this information confidential — currently our website host and our email provider
  • authorities, courts, and our professional advisers, where release is appropriate to comply with the law, enforce our policies, or protect ours or others' rights, property, or safety

Some of these recipients, including Epic Games, are located outside the European Economic Area, principally in the United States. When we transfer information there we rely on the European Commission's Standard Contractual Clauses, an adequacy decision, or another lawful transfer mechanism. You may request a copy by writing to us.

Third party sites

We may include links to other third-party products or services on our website. These third-party sites have separate and independent privacy policies. We have no responsibility or liability for the content and activities resulting from use of any linked sites, and we encourage you to read the privacy policies on any such third-party sites and proceed only if you are comfortable with such terms.

Security

The security of your personal information is important to us; however, no method of transmission over the Internet, or method of electronic storage is 100% secure so we cannot guarantee absolute security of your personal information.

Your rights

You may ask us for a copy of the personal information we hold about you, ask us to correct or delete it, ask us to restrict or stop using it, ask for it in a portable format, or withdraw a consent you have given us. You also have the right to object at any time to processing we carry out on the basis of our legitimate interests, including our anti-cheat and security measures; where you object, we will stop unless we have compelling legitimate grounds that override your interests. Write to support@gamesharbor.com and we will respond within one month; we may ask you to confirm details of your game account so that we can verify your identity. You may also complain to the Office of the Commissioner for Personal Data Protection in Cyprus at dataprotection.gov.cy, or to the data protection authority where you live.

Guidelines for children and parents

We will not collect any personally identifiable information from children thirteen (13) years of age or younger without prior verifiable parental consent. In the European Economic Area, the age at which a child may consent to online services varies between 13 and 16 depending on the country; in the Republic of Cyprus it is fourteen (14). When verifiable parental consent is not obtained, we may only use the online contact information (such as email) to:

1) respond directly to the child's request on a one-time basis and not use that information to re-contact the child for other purposes. Once we have responded to such request, we will delete the information provided immediately;

2) request the name or online contact information of a parent for the purpose of obtaining verifiable parental consent or providing parental notification; and

3) respond more than once directly to a specific request from a child and not used to re-contact the child for other purposes. We will use our best efforts to provide parental notification, which will include the nature and intended use as well as an opportunity for the parent to prevent the use of the information and participation in the activity.

We will never condition a child's use of our site on the child disclosing more personal information than is reasonably necessary to use our website.

Data retention

We do not operate our own game servers and we do not keep a player database. The information used to run the game — your game account, session and matchmaking data, statistics, achievements, leaderboard scores, player reports, and anti-cheat records — is held in the Epic Online Services systems described above, and by the platform you play on, and is retained by them for as long as is needed to provide those features. Unlinking your Epic Games account ends our access to the information Epic provides us about you.

The only information we hold directly is the correspondence you send us. We keep it for 24 months after your inquiry is closed, and then delete it.

If you wish to request that we no longer use your information to provide you Services, contact us at the email address provided below. We will retain and use your information as necessary to comply with our legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce our agreements.

Changes to our Privacy Policy

If we make any changes to our Privacy Policy, all such changes will be posted on this page.
